Multiple Accounts Issue Amazon Suspension

Suspension Appeal

A Multiple Accounts Suspension occurs when Amazon detects that a seller is operating more than one seller account without prior approval. Amazon’s policies are designed to maintain a fair and transparent marketplace, and operating multiple accounts without permission is considered a violation of their Seller Code of Conduct.

While Amazon allows sellers to maintain more than one account under specific conditions—such as owning multiple brands, having different business entities, or selling in different product categories—it requires sellers to first obtain approval by submitting a written request. Failing to do so can result in immediate suspension of one or all accounts involved.
