Vendor Seller Central Suspension – What does it mean?

A Vendor Seller Central suspension is a serious issue that occurs when Amazon suspends a vendor’s account due to policy violations, performance concerns, or suspicious activity. Unlike Seller Central, which is used by third-party sellers, Vendor Central is an invite-only platform where businesses sell directly to Amazon as suppliers. When an account is suspended, it typically means Amazon has identified a breach in trust, such as failure to meet supply chain standards, listing violations, or issues with invoicing or chargebacks.
Common reasons for Vendor Central suspension include inaccurate product data, poor fulfillment performance, intellectual property complaints, or repeated non-compliance with Amazon’s operational requirements. Amazon may also take action if it suspects the vendor is linked to a suspended account or engaging in unethical business practices.
This suspension can certainly be fixed, but will take multiple appeals and a detailed plan of action before
we can get you selling again. On average it takes 8 appeals and revisions of the plan of action before we get your account reinstated.
