Violation of Amazon Review Manipulation Policies

Problem/ Issues with Amazon Account:

The client’s Amazon account was blocked due to their failure in fulfilling the orders after confirming the shipment. When an account is blocked, the appeals cannot be submitted through Amazon seller account, hence client must contact the Amazon team via email to appeal for the suspension

Solution Offered

After constant communication with we were able to identify that the client had shipped the orders on time, however items were returned to send by Spanish customs. Thankfully, client had issued refunds for such orders which were able to prove by submitting screenshots.
We had also advised the clients to use a different shipping company in the future to prevent any issues from occurring and the new shipping company was included in the plan of action to ensure that the violation does not occur again.
