What Constitutes a Dropshipping Violation?

Amazon allows dropshipping, but only under strict conditions. Violations typically include:

Shipping orders with another retailer’s packaging or invoice
Not being the seller of record (i.e., customer thinks they ordered from Walmart or another store)
Failing to take full responsibility for returns, inventory, and customer service
Relying on suppliers who cause delays or stockouts

Essentially, you must appear to the buyer as the sole seller, with no third-party branding or involvement visible.

Amazon may:

Suspend your account
Remove ASINs or listings
Hold your funds
Permanently ban you for repeat violations
